Having gone through a pretty "easy" life into my 50's, my world was rocked by an unwanted divorce which blindsided me. So many have suffered things like this, and much worse. In her first book, Tambra relates quickly that neither was her life "a bowl of cherries." It was very inspirational to see how she picked up the pieces and recreated a life that many would now envy. Her spirituality and positive attitude are very infectious and refreshing. It becomes very clear to the reader that not only can someone salvage a broken life, but even improve it to the point where one looks back and thanks God for the rough road that brought him/her to where they are today.
